a mixed experience with maintenance issues

dirty windows broken diverter

the staff were cooperative, helpful.

The windows were not clean. The sea view was therefore compromised. the bath glass also had a slicky feel and seemed uncleaned for some time. shower controls were weak and the diverter was broken.

Excellent Amenities and Service

free upgrade lovely space

i received a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room , a great surprise. the room provided a lovely space and added to the trip. I will return to this resort and tell others to do the same.

The beach area requires a fee. Hotel guests should have priority without additional costs? i didn't think that was fair to me.

Service

10/10

The front desk staff were helpful during check-in. Housekeeping staff, like Sangeetha, ensured rooms were kept clean and well kept. Francis and the team were pretty good too ensure every request was promptly accommodated and resolved.

Rooms

The one-bedroom suite balcony offered ample space. Each suite includes a large refrigerator. This made storing drinks and snacks convenient. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained.

Facilities

8/10

The hotel's gym included equipment. Hitesh offered expertise. Azul beach access offers additional recreation .

Dining

9/10

The breakfast buffet was very varied, i thought. The staff was amicable. Room service was prompt and efficient, always delivering orders accurately.

Location

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. Saada Marina is easily accessible. It provides options for water taxis. The hotel has a nice view.
